While the place is basic, it serves well for business stays. The spacious sleeping area offers great views, ideal for a restful night after a day of work.The hotel's proximity to Setia SPICE Convention Centre was a plus, making it a suitable choice for business travelers attending events. The availability of an electric kettle and reliable air conditioning enhanced the working experience. The strict 24-hour security added peace of mind during my stay, contributing to a productive work environment.However, communication regarding check-out procedures and the refund of the security deposit could be improved for a more seamless experience. Despite this, CEO Suites remains a decent option for business travelers seeking a functional and hassle-free stay in Penang.
